Sunrise Ridge Waterfront Resort is located in the heart of Canada’s Riviera and on a sandy Parksville beach. This area’s 19 kilometres of shoreline are perfect to explore for hours at a time, whether it’s for a romantic stroll, family play time, or just alone time to collect your thoughts.  

Hidden Gems

One of the benefits of being located in one of the most beautiful areas of the country is that we have access to stunning vistas. One of the hidden gems of our resort is the pathway to beach that offers a nice stroll. When the tide is out you can spend hours checking out tide pools and beachcombing for treasures. 

Our Hummingbird Terrace has an outdoor fireplace which we book for one-hour time slots for our Smore’s by the Fire Package – an amazing family activity!

Nearby hiking and biking trails offer a wide variety of views. From provincial parks like Cathedral Grove that has winding trails through giant Douglas Fir trees or Rathtrevor Beach Provincial Park that has beautiful old growth and stunning sunset viewing, there are tons of opportunities to find your own hidden gems.
