Although we do not offer a full-service wedding planning package, we are always happy to connect you with local wedding suppliers. It is important to keep your fitness routine on track, even when on vacation, that is why the hotel offers a fitness centre for all guests. This centre features a treadmill, bike, elliptical and television. It is open daily from 8am to 11pm, whether you’re an early riser or a night owl you will find a time in your schedule to work up a sweat. We also have an indoor pool for guests to cool off and an outdoor hot tub to relax in and let your muscles soak after your workout. Another great way to keep your fitness routine on track while on vacation is to go for a run on the beach; you may not even realize how much you’ve been running because the scenery is so beautiful. Harrison is home to many hikes; from easy to advanced there is a hike perfect for you.
The natural hot springs are what Harrison is best known for; luckily for us we are in a great location to visit these natural wonders. The Hot Springs were discovered by the Salish Coast Natives who called them ‘the healing place’ because the hot water and minerals have healing effects on the body. Harrison Hot Springs public pools are said to bring relief to sufferers of rheumatism and arthritis through the 8 minerals present in the water. The pool is set to 38 degrees Celsius, not too cold but not too hot to enjoy. Always be aware before entering a hot pool as prolonged exposure to the heat can be damaging for children, pregnant women and seniors.
