Nootka Sound is a fisherman and boaters dreamland and the perfect place to stay for your adventures is the Moutcha Bay Resort, located at the mouth of the Conuma River, 40 minutes west of Gold River.
Newly constructed in 2011, Moutcha Bay Resort provides a unique collection of wilderness adventure products and services not otherwise found in this region. This waterfront resort offers guided fishing packages, and a 70 slip marina complete with a boat launch, fuel services and a marina store. The property is also home to a licensed fish processing facility. Resort amenities run from May till September, however waterfront chalets, lodge suites and campsites are available year-round.
