Taste of True Key
Vacations take our senses to a whole new level.
We see with new eyes as we explore buildings, art, and landscape.
We hear sounds we haven’t heard before with language, music, and wildlife.
We smell an unfamiliar humanity, and touch new textures, fabric, and earth.
And then…we taste.
Situated in Radium Hot Springs, Elevations Dining at the Springs Course is a must-eat destination. This season’s favourites included the Heirloom Tomato Salad (soft goat cheese, artisan greens, truffle balsamic vinaigrette), Curried Chickpea Burger (hummus, tomato, onion, avocado, lettuce), and Tagliarini Pasta (wild mushroom cream, jumbo prawns, white truffle oil).
Coming this spring, is chef’s new menu, reflecting a refined, yet casual approach. Now add the best patio in the Columbia Valley with panoramic views of the Springs Golf Course, the majestic Columbia River, and Purcell Mountains.
