Elevations Dining

Situated in Radium Hot Springs, Elevations Dining at the Springs Course is a must-eat destination. This season’s favourites included the Heirloom Tomato Salad (soft goat cheese, artisan greens, truffle balsamic vinaigrette), Curried Chickpea Burger (hummus, tomato, onion, avocado, lettuce), and Tagliarini Pasta (wild mushroom cream, jumbo prawns, white truffle oil).

Coming this spring, is chef’s new menu, reflecting a refined, yet casual approach. Guests can expect Thursday pasta nights, Friday artist performances, BBQ Saturdays, Sunday Brunch, and daily cocktail hour. Now add the best patio in the Columbia Valley with panoramic views of the Springs Golf Course, the majestic Columbia River, and Purcell Mountains. Elevations Dining is open daily from April to mid-October.

Conuma Grill

Located in the land where wilderness meets luxury.  Dine oceanside at Nootka Marine Adventures‘ Conuma Grill and enjoy the freshest products from around Vancouver Island as well as the sister company, Seaview Game Farm.  Naturally, locally-sourced seafood and fish are on the menu. This past season’s entrées included items such as Ling Cod Fish and Chips, Tuna Tataki, and golden calamari.

There are no words to describe the tranquility and magic at Moutcha Bay Resort. The area is not close to any urban centers, allowing for reduced traffic and, therefore, a pristine setting with incredible ocean views and sweet mountain air.

Moutcha Bay Resort offers many different types of lodging, the luxury yurts include beautifully appointed rooms with full kitchens, spacious patios, and, you guessed it, those calming ocean views. If you choose to go fishing, you can even cook up your own catch-of-the-day! Conuma Grill is open from June to September.

After a full day of exploring Harrison’s forest and lake, think of Morgan’s Bistro as your après ‘day on the land and water’.

Conveniently located within the Harrison Beach Hotel in the centre of Harrison Village, Morgan’s Bistro overlooks the aqua-marine waters of Harrison Lake providing uniquely different, yet complementary, indoor and outdoor dining experiences. Morgan’s Bistro is open year-round.
