True Key Hotels & Resorts is proud to announce that four of its properties have earned the prestigious Certificate of Excellence Award from TripAdvisor for 2017.
The Certificate of Excellence award celebrates hospitality excellence and is only presented to businesses that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews on TripAdvisor. To qualify for the award, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher as reviewed by travellers on the travel website. Only the top performing 10 per cent of businesses listed on TripAdvisor receive the award.
Past TripAdvisor Awards:
Bighorn Meadows Resort has received the Certificate of Excellence consistently since 2012.
Sunrise Ridge Waterfront Resort received this award in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2016, and now 2017.
Harrison Beach Hotel received the Travelers Choice award in 2012 and the Certificate of Excellence awards from 2012 to 2017.
Sooke Harbour Resort & Marina received the Certificate of Excellence for the first time in 2016 and again in 2017.
